We aim to describe and display Ruyah products accurately. Colours, textures and proportions may vary slightly across screens and handcrafted details may carry natural variations.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. A product appearing online does not guarantee availability until an order is accepted.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order request does not by itself create an accepted order. Ruyah may confirm availability, details, preparation time and the final amount before accepting an order. We may decline or cancel an order where information is incomplete, a product is unavailable or an error has occurred.
Payment
Available payment methods and any applicable charges will be communicated during order confirmation. Orders may require cleared payment before preparation or dispatch.
Shipping
Ruyah currently ships throughout the UAE. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for preparation before dispatch. Delivery timing may vary by destination and courier.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and the relevant Size Guide before ordering. Please contact Ruyah for fit guidance before placing an order if needed.
Customisation and Made to Order Pieces
Selected pieces may be eligible for customization, alterations or made to order requests. Details, pricing and timeframes will be confirmed before an order is accepted. These pieces are final sale unless received incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Returns
Ruyah does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please review the Returns Policy and Shipping & Returns page before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, contact Ruyah promptly with your order details and supporting photographs where applicable. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Intellectual Property and Website Content
The Ruyah Tibeb name, logo, imagery, designs, text and other website content belong to Ruyah Tibeb or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
