Where does Ruyah ship?
Currently, Ruyah ships across the UAE. We look forward to expanding our delivery destinations across the GCC and internationally in the future.
How long does an order take to prepare?
As each order is prepared with care, please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Made to order or customized pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated upon confirmation.
Are Ruyah pieces made to order or ready to wear?
Our collections are primarily ready to wear. However, we welcome made to order requests. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
How do I choose my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide for measurements and sizing recommendations. If you require further assistance, we would be happy to help you select the most suitable size.
Can I request alterations or customization?
Yes. Selected pieces may be eligible for alterations or customization. Please contact us with your request, and we will be happy to advise you on the available options.
What fabrics does Ruyah use?
Our collections feature a carefully selected range of fabrics, including silk and silk like fabrics, velvet, chiffon, linen blends, cotton blends and other premium textiles, chosen according to the design, structure and feel of each piece.
Where do the Ethiopian patterns come from?
The traditional Ethiopian patterns featured in Ruyah pieces are sourced directly from skilled artisans and craftspeople in Ethiopia, honouring the craftsmanship and heritage at the heart of our designs.
What is Ruyah’s return and exchange policy?
At this time, Ruyah does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We kindly encourage you to review our Size Guide and product details carefully before placing your order. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us promptly upon receiving your order.
